Nay’yarrah is a Behavioral Interventionist at Logos Community Counseling with specialized training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). She brings a compassionate, approachable, and tailored approach to her work with children, adolescents, and families.

With a strong background in supporting young clients in both therapeutic and school-based settings, Nay’yarrah helps children and teens develop resilience, confidence, and emotional intelligence. She has extensive experience addressing emotional dysregulation, defiance, anxiety, stress, and social or academic challenges. Her approach is strength-based and behaviorally informed, designed to support long-term growth in a safe and nurturing environment.

Nay’yarrah earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, where she also excelled as a floor exercise competitor on the university’s gymnastics team. With over 15 years of competitive gymnastics experience, she has a unique understanding of the pressures athletes face, including perfectionism, performance anxiety, and the mental toll of high-level competition. She uses this experience to support athletes in managing stress and maintaining emotional well-being.

Currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Nay’yarrah is committed to helping individuals and families navigate life’s challenges with compassion and clarity. She believes in the power of collaboration and connection in creating meaningful change.

Outside of her work, Nay’yarrah enjoys staying active, spending time with loved ones, and practicing mindfulness to maintain balance and wellness in her own life.
